Where is OMH located?

We are located on the Bawaleshie Road, Adjacent Mtn Office in East Legon, Accra Ghana. You can find us on Google Maps and all ride sharing apps as Oh! My hair, Pawpaw Street.

What is my wig cap size?

SMALL:

  • Circumference = 18”-21”
  • Front to nape = 11”-12.5″
  • Ear to ear = 11”-12”.5

MEDIUM:

  • Circumference = 21.5”-22.5”
  • Front to nape = 12.5”-13.5”
  • Ear to ear = 12.5”-13.5”

LARGE:

  • Circumference = 22.5”-24”
  • Front to nape = 13.5”-14.5”
  • Ear to ear = 13.5”-14.5”

Do you offer custom wig units?

Every Oh My Hair wig is custom-made with care, intention, and attention to detail, no matter the style you choose.

If you want something that truly reflects you, we invite you to create your wig from start to finish. Choose the hair type, the cut, the colour, and every little detail in between. Together, we bring your vision to life and create a unit that feels personal, effortless, and uniquely yours. One that fits your personality and helps you stand out in the most beautiful way.

Can OMH Units be worn glueless?

All our units are made glueless, with a band in the back to ensure a firm grip. For a more seamless flawless look, especially for special occasions, we would advise to glue your unit.

What is the difference between 4x4, 5x5, 6x6 ,13x4, 13x5 and 13x6?

The measurements above refer the size of the lace.

4x4,5×5 and 6x6 are our HD Closure size and can be used to create a simple middle or side part. 13×4, 13x5 and 13x6 are the sizes of our HD Lace Frontals. The frontal provides parting space from ear to ear.

The measurements go width(across the hairline) by depth(backwards from the forhead)

My wig needs washing and lace replacement - can you help?

Yes we can! We work on units made by us as well as wigs from other trusted and respected wigmakers. Whether your unit needs a refresh or a full transformation, we offer revamp services, lace replacement, and wig remaking.

Do you offer an express service?

Yes. We offer express processing. Let us know how soon you need your order and we will be happy to deliver.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellations can only be made within 48-hours after the initial purchase.

This period begins from the moment the order is placed.
