Refund policy

At Oh My Hair, due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we operate a strict no-refund policy. If you need clarification on any part of this policy, our customer support team is available to assist you.

Once an order has been placed, it is considered final. We are unable to make changes, cancellations, or amendments after checkout. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Exchanges

Oh My Hair does not offer exchanges.
If your order meets the conditions for a refund, the refund will be processed accordingly. You may then place a new order for your preferred product.

Refund Eligibility

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 - 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer an exchange or store credit once the claim is approved.

  • For wigs, the lace must remain completely uncut
  • The item is returned to us within 30 days of your refund request.
  • Sealed products must be returned with the seal intact
  • Lace products (lace wigs, frontals, and closures) must show no evidence of lace cutting
  • Hair bundles must remain securely tied, untied or unwound bundles will not be accepted
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • The product must be unused and unaltered, including but not limited to:
  • No bleaching, coloring, cutting, brushing, wetting, or styling
  • No exposure to odors
  • No application of heat or hair products

Returns Process

Returned items must be sent back at the customer’s expense and in their original packaging, as soon as possible after submitting a refund request.

We do not accept returns received later than 14 days after you notify us of your intention to cancel.


Return Shipping Responsibility

Oh My Hair is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during return transit. We strongly advise using a tracked or secure delivery service.

Lost return packages will not be refunded

Any damage sustained during transit will be deducted from the refund amount

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. Returns will only be accepted as outlined above or where required by applicable law.
